These monthly workshops are a safe place to explore how writing can help us in our healing journey. The sessions are designed for you to use them in a way that best suits you. In this one hour session, we’ll do three ten-minute exercises using different writing prompts (they change for each session) and there will be opportunities to share with the group. All you’ll need is a device to join the Zoom call and your writing tools. We hope to see you there!
